Claire Warren is the UK Delivery Director at Right Management. Claire is a member of the UK Leadership Team and is jointly responsible for managing, all delivery of local, national, and international client projects. With a remit of establishing bespoke, complex business solutions from conception to delivery, using best practice methodology, and a disciplined approach.
Having spent more than 21 years implementing complex business solutions, Claire knows first-hand the challenges of leading in fast-paced and dynamic working environments; as well as the complexities of people management, organisational change, and business transformations. Having worked with both Private and Public Sectors, clients have included those from the NHS, Councils, Financial Services, Aerospace and Defence, Manufacturing, Utilities, Retail and Pharmaceutical sectors. Her experience has provided both breadth and depth of knowledge and quality in all her delivery models, ensuring client satisfaction at all levels.
Claire has worked with Right Management since 2019, holding the role of Head of Client Implementation. Prior to this she had a background in Business Transition and HR Management, working at a senior level in the Recruitment sector.
