Charlotte is a junior consultant in the Talent Management team. She supports the design and delivery of various solutions, leveraging her background in psychology to apply evidence-based practices that enhance people development. Charlotte is passionate about testing new technologies and platforms to introduce innovative approaches to our programmes. She is committed to continuous learning, particularly in the areas of behaviour and mindset, and consistently seeks ways to integrate these insights to further support our product offerings.
