Claire is a specialist in Leadership assessment and development, as well as an experienced HR Director and qualified Coach. She has over 25 years’ HR experience across a variety of different sectors, working with Boards and Senior Leaders to define their talent strategies and achieve their organisational goals. She has led the design, development and delivery of talent solutions for both local and global teams.

Claire is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, as well as an accredited Executive and Team Coach. She is a highly experienced  assessment consultant, facilitator, executive and team coach, strategic partner and program director.
