SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Liz works with enterprise clients to address their complex people and workforce needs, focusing on delivering impactful solutions which drive engagement, productivity and performance.

She leads multi stranded projects, including complex assessment, leadership development, coaching, team effectiveness, workforce career management, redeployment, and career transition solutions. She loves to work collaboratively with clients by bringing together the right team at the right time to design and implement solutions aligning with their business goals. In addition, she mentors colleagues to develop their talent and leadership development capability, supporting them build their knowledge and expertise. She’s passionate about continuous learning and sharing insights, innovations, and thought leadership with her clients and internal team.

Liz holds a BSc Hons in Geography from Bristol University and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute. She loves art, culture, literature and is an avid gardener, walker and explorer – having extensively travelled and worked around the world.
