Nicki is at the front line of our career transition support in managing the delivery of our services and overseeing our Customer Support Team.  Nicki is passionate about the services we provide and helping induvial maximise not only their support programme enabling individuals to reach their desired outcomes but to also allow individuals the time to challenge and question what they would love to do next, to allow them to put themselves first and be on a journey of discovery not just for the immediate next step but also future career planning going forward.  Our support can help whether individuals are considering a new employed role, a career change, self-employment, a portfolio career or active retirement.  Even the scenarios where individuals are not sure what they actually want to do next.  Nicki also personally supports and oversees the Executive career transition programmes that we deliver.
