Tim Gilbert

MANAGING DIRECTOR 

Tim joined ManpowerGroup in June 2019 as a Market Vice President for Right Management.  Working within the global client team in Europe, he provided in-country commercial leadership and revenue growth with a specific focus on Italy, Switzerland, Spain and the Nordics. 

In March 2022, he was promoted to lead Right Management’s UK business. Tim brings over 20 years of leadership experience in talent solutions, consulting and HR services, during which time he has developed a diverse skillset focused on sales and revenue growth, operational efficiency & excellence, innovation & change management, and team & culture development. He is passionate about creating and evolving inclusive, culture-led organisations where colleagues can maximise their learning and careers whilst delivering the very best solutions and outcomes for clients. 

Tim holds a BA (Hons) in Politics and Modern History from the University of Manchester and whilst he hails from Yorkshire is based in London with his wife and family.
