Key deliverables

We’ve developed onsite and 1:1 programmes to support Travis Perkins, enabling departing employees at all stages of their career to navigate through change into their next steps.

Programmes include:

  • A series of Individual Outplacement programmes between one and twelve months in length, with unlimited personalised 1:1 coaching; access to webinars/workshops; research tools and resources for life.
  • Onsite services to help with job search, 1:1 coaching, and a wealth of online tools and resources designed to support career transition.
  • Regular updates to Travis Perkins Leadership teams to discuss key metrics such as take up, activities, satisfaction stats and landing stats/success stories.
